Health and Fitness: Rooted and Ready (Ages 11–18)

A dynamic blend of yoga, strength training, and mindful movement designed to help teens build physical fitness, body awareness, and emotional resilience. This class promotes balance, confidence, and overall well-being, helping teens feel strong, centered, and ready to take on life, rooted in who they are.
