Mindful Health and Fitness (Ages 4–10)

A fun and energetic kids’ fitness class that blends playful movement with gentle stretching to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Through games, imaginative stories, and hands-on activities, children develop self-confidence, body awareness, and tools to help them feel their best—all while having a great time. $60 per month
