High School Semester Yoga Fitness Program

This course is designed for a full semester of physical education and can be used for high or middle school. It has 16 weeks of videos, educational material to print out, daily and weekly journals, meditations, and breath work. The workouts are for all levels of fitness with modifications provided. I have also included Yoga Sculpt videos using light hand weights and a printout about running a mile with stretches included.
